## Title: Fulfillment/Logistics Officer

Job Summary

The Fulfillment Officer is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Pack and prepare orders for dispatch
Ensure timely delivery of all shipments
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
Maintain attention to detail in all operations
Manage inventory and order tracking systems

Qualifications

HND or BSc Degree
2-4 years of work experience
Prior experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations (advantageous)

Required Skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Experience with inventory/ERP systems
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork abilities

Compensation

N160,000 monthly
