About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Fuel Station Manager. The person in this position is responsible for coordinating and continuously improving sales activities at the station, monitoring product discharge, and coordinating stock planning and management to ensure regular product availability. Additionally, maintaining relationships with statutory agencies and security agents, as well as coordinating staff activities at the outlet, are major responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities at the station
• Conduct daily stock scanning, planning, and management
• Conduct security surveillance and liaise with internal and external security agents to ensure a safe and secure operating environment
• Develop cordial and productive relationships with statutory agencies and regulatory bodies
• Establish and achieve station profitability and sales goals
• Drive aggressive marketing efforts to attract prospective customers
• Build and manage robust customer relationships
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and inventory reports
• Increase market share through regular sales efforts
• Ensure customer care and satisfaction at all times
• Develop new business relationships
• Ensure individual and unit targets are met and surpassed consistently
• Build and sustain efficient teamwork to achieve unit and organizational goals and objectives
• Provide station operations (dispense and sales) updates at agreed intervals (every 3 hours) on a daily basis for planning purposes
• Develop and maintain an effective cash evacuation policy
• Supervise and coordinate all station staff
• Serve as station public relations officer
• Complete other assigned responsibilities as directed by management
