About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to serve as the face of the organization. You will manage guest check-ins, reservations, and front desk operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Manage calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of front desk or guest relations experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong grooming and customer relations etiquette
