An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Serve as the face of the hotel, managing guest check-ins, reservations, and front desk operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing.
Requirements / Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
  • Strong grooming and customer relations etiquette.
Education / Experience:
  • B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ front desk or guest relations experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
