## Title: Front-End Developer (Mentor)

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Xusdigital Technology is seeking a passionate Frontend Developer to support learners in our intensive Web Development Environment. You'll work side-by-side with Instructors, the Head of Learning, and Project Teams to help students become job-ready developers with real-world projects and portfolio outputs.

Who You'll Mentor

Ambitious learners from high school, university, polytechnics, and early-career professionals across Nigeria.

Mentoring Structure

  • Daily mentoring (Monday–Saturday): On-site and online
  • Weekly team syncs with ongoing support

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide learners through challenges, final projects, and portfolio building
  • Score assignments and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure outcomes: completion, job-readiness, and project delivery
  • Design, develop, and test UI for mobile and web applications
  • Handle company projects
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
  • Lead interactive development of platform user product interfaces

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Frontend Development and Responsive Web Design
  • Advanced experience in Back-End Web Development
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development practices and principles
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue)
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, React Router 6, Tailwind CSS, Redux
  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python, Sequelize, Mongoose, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Angular Framework
  • Tools & Platforms: Git, GitHub, Jest, CLI, REST APIs, Docker, deployment tools
