Job Summary
Interrand Homes & Properties Limited is expanding and seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the welcoming face of our real estate company. This role requires someone with a calm, organized presence who can manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards, even during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and handle all front desk interactions professionally
- Manage calls, inquiries, and walk-ins with warmth and clarity
- Maintain records, registers, and basic office documentation in an organized and updated manner
- Support administrative tasks as directed
- Maintain a neat, friendly, and customer-focused reception area
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Calm and organized personality
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable and presentable demeanor
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (preferred)
Location Requirement
Only applicants currently residing in Lugbe and Karu will be considered.
