We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
  • Visitor Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests professionally.
  • Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and redirecting phone calls; handling emails and messages.
  • Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and staff calendars.
  • Administrative Support: Filing, photocopying, data entry, and preparing documents.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
  • Education: Often requires a High School Diploma, with some roles seeking HND/BSc.
OTHER CRITERIAS:
  • A beautiful, tall and elegant Female only will be considered.
