## Title: Front Desk & Customer Service Officer
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Front Desk & Customer Service Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and complaints professionally
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Process customer orders
- Record and relay messages promptly to the appropriate departments
- Manage front office operations, including receiving guests and directing them appropriately
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with production or sales teams
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc degree in a related field
- Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (experience in agriculture is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
