## Title: Front Desk Administrator
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and handling office supplies
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
Requirements
- HND/BSc in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or administrative assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
