## Title: Front Desk Administrator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars as required
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and handling office supplies
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or administrative assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
