We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities
  • Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.
  • Data Management: Utilize computer software (CRM, ERP, or internal databases) for accurate data entry, record keeping, and generating reports.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and translate documents, correspondence, and presentations between French and English.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files electronically.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years of experience.
