An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: The Freight Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics while managing key client accounts. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and excellent client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contract terms.
  • Manage key accounts and collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Compensation
  • ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly
  • Commission and quarterly performance bonus
