Foreman - Insulation Fitter (Level 5) at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Fitter – Level 5 / Foreman to lead insulation operations across project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple teams, managing work schedules, and ensuring all insulation works meet company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all insulation activities on-site
• Plan daily operations, allocate manpower, and track progress
• Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution
• Inspect completed work to verify compliance with specifications
• Prepare material requests, work reports, and quality documentation
• Train and mentor lower-level insulation fitters

OHSE Responsibilities

• Ensure team compliance with all safety policies and PPE usage
• Lead safety meetings and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly
• Promote environmental responsibility and sustainability

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Certificate or Diploma, or BSc in Mechanical or related field
• Minimum of 8–10 years of insulation experience, including 3 years in supervision

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and team management ability
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Sound judgment and problem-solving capability

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and techniques
• Understanding of project management principles and reporting standards
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings and specifications
