Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, conferences, events, and room service
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
• Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or complaints promptly
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional food and beverage quality

Required Qualifications

• First Degree or HND in Food Science and Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in the food and beverage segment of hotel management
• Familiarity with hotel industry dynamics and guest management
• Must be under 45 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Related certifications in food and beverage management
