Job Summary
The F&B Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and other dining outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth team coordination, and adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, banquets, or lounges
- Ensure staff follow service standards, hygiene, and hotel policies
- Monitor quality of food, beverages, and service delivery
- Assign duties and supervise waiters, bartenders, and service staff
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate menu changes, promotions, or special events
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service
- Assist with scheduling, attendance, and shift management
- Maintain records of sales, wastage, and stock usage
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to the F&B Manager
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, supplies, and service equipment
- Ensure proper storage and handling of F&B items
- Support efforts to minimize wastage and control operating costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Conduct regular inspections of service areas and equipment
- Enforce hotel policies regarding cleanliness and workplace safety
Salary
₦100,000 - ₦120,000 monthly
