Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor with strong leadership qualities and proven hospitality experience. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team to deliver outstanding service. Experience in event coordination and a solid background in hotel F&B operations are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, and event service
- Coordinate and manage events to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory, ensure accurate reporting, and control costs
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly
- Support management in achieving financial and operational goals
- Serve as a role model for the team, promoting professionalism and accountability
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Proficiency in MICROS POS system and general F&B reporting
- Strong event management background
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
