A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a courteous, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for guests.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service delivery by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, rates, and promotions.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and polite communication with guests via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to resolve guest issues efficiently.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Assist in improving customer experience by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.
