We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Location: Awka, Anambra
Position Overview:
- The ideal candidate will drive exceptional customer experiences, supervise the sales team, maintain high merchandising standards, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while upholding the company’s brand values.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the floor sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver and maintain top-tier in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand’s standards.
- Manage and resolve escalated complaints from irate or dissatisfied customers professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all walk-in customers are effectively engaged, properly advised, and converted to sales.
- Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Monitor stock levels, product displays, and showroom presentation to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and service delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Minimum of a 2nd Class HND / B.Sc / BA Degree in any discipline.
- 2 - 4 years relevant experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (experience in electronics retail is an added advantage).
- Female (for gender balance).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Demonstrated selling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in people and service excellence.
