Floor Manager/ Floor Supervisor at Service Arts and Hospitality Academy (SAHA Africa)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations at our restaurant in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, lead the service team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery
• Welcome guests, seat them promptly, and ensure attentive service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor table turnover and manage reservations and walk-ins
• Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
