Floor Attendant (Luxury Supermarket) at Domeo Resources International (DRI)

About the Role

We are seeking a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Floor Attendant to join our team in a fast-paced luxury supermarket. The ideal candidate will ensure that every customer enjoys a premium shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and beautifully presented sales floor while providing attentive service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Ensure shelves and product displays are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Replenish inventory, rotate stock, and monitor product freshness
• Maintain accurate product labeling and pricing
• Uphold the store's cleanliness, orderliness, and luxury presentation standards
• Support the floor supervisor with daily operations and promotional activities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate where necessary
• Report low stock levels, damaged goods, or customer feedback for quick resolution

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
• 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field (experience in a high-end store is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed appearance with a professional, confident demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
