Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day flight operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and international best practices
• Ensure quick turnaround of all flights in accordance with laid down procedures and practices
• Ensure all pre-flight and post-flight activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Ensure aircraft is loaded in full compliance with loading instructions
• Ensure that loading and offloading of aircraft are carried out safely and on time

Requirements

• First degree or equivalent qualification
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Integrity and strength of character
• Sound analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in the aviation industry (advantageous)
