Flexo Printing Machine Operator at Elizabeth Maddeux

About the Role

A leading polythene manufacturing company in Emene, Enugu, is seeking an experienced Flexo Printing Machine Operator to manage, operate, and maintain flexographic printing machines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in polythene printing, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexo printing machines efficiently, adhering to production schedules and quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed
• Monitor print quality, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and overall product consistency
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Document production data, machine performance, and report issues promptly to supervisors
• Work flexible shifts (morning and night) with possible overtime when production needs arise

Work Schedule

• Shifts: Morning and Night shifts
• Monday to Friday: Full-day work
• Saturday: Morning shift closes at 1 PM; Night shift off
• Sunday: Off for all shifts
• Overtime: Paid separately when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience operating flexo printing machines in a polythene production environment
• Strong technical knowledge of flexographic printing processes and machinery
• Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours when needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to relocate to Emene, Enugu, if not already residing locally
