Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Tracking Officer to monitor and manage the real-time tracking of trucks. The Fleet Tracking Officer will ensure accurate reporting, address tracking issues, and support the optimization of fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in tracking systems, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time tracking of trucks
• Identify and address cases of trucks not reporting to the tracking software dashboard promptly
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports for the line manager
• Ensure compliance with tracking protocols and prevent circumvention of trackers
• Provide data-driven insights to support fleet operations and decision-making
• Maintain accurate records of truck movements and tracking data

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet tracking, logistics, or a related role
• Familiarity with fleet tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency
