Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage cash flow, and support strategic decision-making to sustain business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in line with IFRS/GAAP standards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred)
• 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in financial management and reporting
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA
• Proficiency in SAGE Evolution or other accounting software
• Strong background in budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
