Job Summary
- We’re seeking a Financial Controllerto drive financial integrity, control, and insight across the business. This is a high-impact role for a professional who wants to move beyond traditional finance — to shape the operational and strategic foundation of a purpose-driven fintech.
- The Financial Controller will play a key role in strengthening Nairagram’s financial health — ensuringaccuracy, transparency, and compliance, while supporting the business withdata-driven decision-making.
- You’ll be at the center of ensuring operational efficiency, investor confidence, and growth readiness.
- This isn’t a back-office function — it’s astrategic finance leadership rolewith a seat at the table.
- Lead and manage the finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures across global operations.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial statements aligned with IFRS and regulatory standards.
- Partner with the CEO and COO to provide financial insight that shapes business decisions and expansion plans.
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and relationships with banks, regulators, and investors.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to support Nairagram’s growth trajectory.
