An established company is recruiting a Financial Controller to manage the company's accounting operations and provide strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial activities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare financial reports and budgets
• Develop financial policies and procedures
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Supervise the finance team

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong analytical skills
