Finance Operations Officer at Norrenberger Financial Group

About the Role

The Finance Operations Officer will support investment operations functions, including booking, reconciliation, and liquidation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with counterparties such as custodians and brokers to ensure smooth processing of transactions and reconciliation of positions
• Ensure timely and error-free execution of all orders (subscriptions and redemptions) with strict adherence to mandate details including rates, tenors, and payment of interests
• Process client daily maturities for payment or reinvestment
• Reconcile monthly activities, generate year-end reports, and submit to management
• Manage bank accounts to ensure sufficient liquid funds
• Provide proper guidance, feedback, and prompt treatment of client requests
• Verify that all client documentation for account opening, subscriptions, and redemptions are accurate and complete before processing requests
• Ensure client investment letters and certificates are sent promptly after transaction execution

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of Finance Operations management experience, preferably in Asset Management or Commercial Banking
• Good knowledge of capital markets and their operations
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
