• Confirm and track chargeback claim statuses
• Monitor and track payments and inventory
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally
• Provide proactive insights on Agency Banking Business performance and financials

Candidates must reside in the Ajah/Sangotedo area of Lagos, Nigeria.
