About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our team in a fast-paced FMCG modern trade environment. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

The ideal candidate must have solid accounting experience and be proficient in using QuickBooks Online for daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including receivables, payables, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
• Monitor sales, collections, and inventory transactions in line with FMCG operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities when required

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–5 years proven experience as a Finance/Account Officer, preferably in an FMCG or modern trade environment
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
• Good knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
