About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to lead and manage a finance team while overseeing all financial operations. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization. You must demonstrate strong people management skills, expertise in budgeting and forecasting, proficiency in financial reporting, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial activities while providing insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Lead and manage the finance team
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Present financial results and KPIs to senior leadership
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and internal policies
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
• Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure optimal working capital levels
• Oversee banking relationships and support financing activities
• Implement controls to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risks
• Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy
• Implement internal controls and ensure adherence across the organization
• Lead or support automation and digital transformation initiatives in finance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong people management skills
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
