About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, statements, and performance analyses for management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with CBN, CIBN, and other financial regulatory standards
• Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow tracking and reconciliation
• Coordinate internal and external audits; manage tax planning and filings
• Identify financial risks, recommend mitigation measures, and maintain strong internal controls
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant financial bodies
• Supervise and mentor junior finance officers to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA is an advantage)
• Professional certification (ICAN or ACCA) required
• 3–5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in microfinance, asset management, or fintech
• Solid understanding of CBN regulations, financial reporting, and compliance standards
