An established company is recruiting for the following position. About the Role
  • Medcourt Support Services Limited is seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance to lead and strengthen our financial operations across multiple business units, including biomedical services, medical supplies, and ambulance operations.
  • This role is strategic and hands-on, responsible for driving financial discipline, ensuring compliance, and providing insights that support sustainable growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets across all company units.
  • Track and analyze revenue streams to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and service expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor and control operational and procurement-related expenditures.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for management decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Operations, and Biomedical teams on financial planning and approvals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and strengthen internal control systems.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, supporting performance and professional development.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other external stakeholders.
  • Implement financial KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is strongly preferred.
  • 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within healthcare, medical services, or technical service organizations.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for multi-unit operations.
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare-related revenue streams and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
