About the Role

We are seeking a strategic finance professional to lead our compliance, investments, budgeting, treasury, and data analytics functions. You will be the key person responsible for ensuring strong financial management, optimizing investment performance, and providing leadership with the insights needed to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth
• Build and implement financial models and analytics tools to guide strategic business decisions
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior management
• Ensure full compliance with financial laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Manage liquidity and investment portfolios to optimize returns and support strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects that align analytics and finance goals with overall business needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
• Solid experience with compliance, treasury, and budgeting
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and principles
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools
• Sharp attention to detail with a strategic mindset
