About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive sales growth across Lagos. In this role, you'll own your sales route and be responsible for building strong business relationships while achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own your assigned route and drive sales across open markets, retail shops, and neighborhood stores
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and compliance with established pricing
- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to secure repeat orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets and execution KPIs
- Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to your manager
- Support in-store activations, trade promotions, and product sampling initiatives
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in FMCG field sales (seasoning, spices, sauces, or food products preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lagos open markets and retail channels
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and resilient approach to achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in smartphone tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
