Field Sales Officer at QEFAS Preparatory School

About the Role

Join QEFAS Preparatory School as a Field Sales Officer and help us expand our digital learning solutions across Nigeria. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, connecting with businesses and driving growth through direct field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute direct field sales and customer acquisition in assigned locations
• Promote QEFAS E-Learning products and services (Self-Pace, In-Person, and Virtual Courses)
• Identify potential clients, pitch offerings, and close deals
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Support marketing campaigns and ensure policy and compliance adherence in the field

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in direct or field sales (EdTech, Fintech, Telecom, or consumer products experience preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and move within assigned locations
• Proficiency in English
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation

N75,000 monthly + performance-based incentives
