  • The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving employer acquisition for WageX by engaging organizations directly, presenting WageX and its related products, and converting prospects into active employer partners.
  • This role is highly field-oriented and requires a confident, persuasive professional who can initiate employer meetings, manage objections, and close partnerships while maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
Key Responsibilities: Employer Acquisition & Engagement
  • Identify, prospect, and engage target employers across assigned territories
  • Conduct in-person employer meetings to present WageX and related solutions
  • Clearly communicate WageX’s value proposition to business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers
  • Secure employer sign-ups and onboard new employers into the WageX ecosystem
Sales Presentation & Conversion
  • Deliver structured, compelling product demonstrations tailored to employer needs
  • Address and manage objections related to pricing, compliance, implementation, and employee impact
  • Guide employers through the sales journey from initial meeting to successful onboarding
  • Follow up with prospects to reduce drop-offs post-meeting
Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Maintain accurate records of employer meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Track sales activities and progress against assigned KPIs
  • Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and market insights to the WageX Operations team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after employer onboarding
Requirements: & Qualifications Education: & Experience
  • Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or employer-focused sales roles
  • Experience selling financial products, fintech solutions, HR services, or SaaS is an added advantage
Skills: & Competencies
  • Strong face-to-face sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • High level of confidence engaging business decision-makers
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field-based work
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously
