## Title: Field Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling beverages with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage distributor relationships effectively. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver monthly sales targets for the territory
  • Ensure consistent availability of products at distributor outlets
  • Identify, create and execute opportunities with distributors to increase both sell-in and sell-out
  • Effectively manage resources allocated for sales operations within the assigned territory
  • Supervise, coach and train the sales team to enhance their ability to sell and merchandise products effectively
  • Foster team collaboration to achieve territory objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG (Beverage) industry
  • Strong territory management skills, including customer/outlet mapping, call/route planning, volume planning, and market analysis
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to use smartphones and familiarity with sales applications
