Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling beverages with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage distributor relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver monthly sales targets for the territory
- Ensure consistent availability of products at distributor outlets
- Identify, create and execute opportunities with distributors to increase both sell-in and sell-out
- Effectively manage resources allocated for sales operations within the assigned territory
- Supervise, coach and train the sales team to enhance their ability to sell and merchandise products effectively
- Foster team collaboration to achieve territory objectives
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG (Beverage) industry
- Strong territory management skills, including customer/outlet mapping, call/route planning, volume planning, and market analysis
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to use smartphones and familiarity with sales applications
