About the Role
We are seeking dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets and distribution objectives within your assigned territory through effective management of retail channels, ensuring optimum distribution and visibility of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed volume and value sales targets for your assigned sales territory
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of retail channels and stores in your territory, with regular updates
- Implement company sales strategies, policies, and plans with strict compliance to standard operating procedures
- Identify and exploit business opportunities within your territory
- Achieve performance standards and KPIs across all sales indices
- Ensure effective shelf presence and eye-level product display in all major retail outlets
- Implement marketing and sales promotional programmes within your assigned territory
- Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and trade associations through regular communication and meetings
- Monitor competitive activities and provide prompt market intelligence reports
- Participate effectively in trade fairs and exhibitions to achieve objectives
- Complete and dispatch daily sales reports on schedule
- Perform other assigned responsibilities as required
