## Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in a leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate sales activities within assigned territory
  • Ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of team members
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
  • Submit timely reports on sales activities and results
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum OND, BSc, or HND qualification
  • Proven experience in sales and team supervision
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
