## Title: Field Sales Executive
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in a leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate sales activities within assigned territory
- Ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved
- Monitor and evaluate performance of team members
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
- Submit timely reports on sales activities and results
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum OND, BSc, or HND qualification
- Proven experience in sales and team supervision
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
