## Title: Field Sales & Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in Port Harcourt and Lagos. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and delivering value to our clients.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales or client management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate reports
  • Provide timely feedback to the Sales Manager on market performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, and community networks
  • Conduct market and community research to understand customer needs, energy trends, and competitor activity
  • Develop and deliver professional sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and support strategic business decisions

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Arts, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Additional Requirements

  • Media or Digital Marketing certification is a plus
