About the Role
Join a fast-growing fintech startup solving real problems in Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity for a young, energetic, and hardworking professional to drive product adoption and build meaningful business relationships in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools to demonstrate and sell the client's app to proprietors and administrators
- Represent the client at businesses and events to create awareness and drive adoption
- Attend seminars, fairs, and industry events to showcase app benefits
- Build and maintain relationships with school owners, administrators, and business leaders
- Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and close sales deals
- Gather and share customer feedback with the team to support continuous improvement
Requirements and Skills
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant field of study
- Up to 2 years' experience in field sales
- Ability to learn and confidently present product benefits and features to potential customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage key decision-makers
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
- Passion for technology and openness to learning
- Must reside within the Lagos Island, Lekki, Ibeju-Lekki, or Ajah axis
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Basic Pay: ₦100,000
- Commission: ₦50,000 for each school that signs up; ₦200,000 for 4 schools
- Bonus: On invoices paid through the platform for up to 2 academic sessions
- Transportation Support: Pickup for client visits and drop-off at a central location
- Training and Development: Mentorship and exposure to the fintech ecosystem
