Field Sales and Marketing Associate at Khenpro Global Services

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Field Sales & Marketing Associate to serve as our ground presence in Nigeria. This person will lead product outreach, engage directly with schools, food vendors, supermarkets, and last-mile retail channels (small kiosks, roadside sellers, and mobile hawkers), and drive early sales growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring energy, creativity, persistence, and genuine belief in the product's potential. You will also gather market intelligence and provide daily feedback to management to help refine strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively visit schools, food vendors, and informal micro distributors to pitch and sell products
• Market and sell company products to potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to create awareness and generate excitement
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, school administrators, and distribution partners
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, arranging meetings and follow-ups
• Gather and report daily feedback on customer reactions, competitor activity, and sales channel performance
• Share insights and recommendations on pricing, promotions, and packaging improvements
• Track and analyze sales activity, providing weekly progress reports
• Act as an on-the-ground brand ambassador, ensuring professional and positive brand representation

Qualifications

• OND/HND qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, or brand activation
• Proven ability to drive sales in fast-moving consumer goods environments
• Existing network with vendors and distributors in the FMCG industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good quantitative skills and analytical ability
