About the Role

Beyond Credit Limited seeks a dedicated Field Recovery Officer to manage debt recovery operations across assigned territories. You will be responsible for recovering outstanding loans, conducting client assessments, and implementing recovery strategies while maintaining professional relationships with debtors.

• Egbeda
• Sango

Key Responsibilities

• Recover bad debts from debtors showing unwillingness to repay loans
• Conduct regular reviews and visits to clients with outstanding and at-risk loan portfolios
• Complete daily reviews of all outstanding and overdue loan accounts
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations to the bank on actions required to protect funds from bad loan clients
• Process recovery of classified loans
• Initiate prosecution procedures for hard-core debtors in accordance with bank policy
• Negotiate and establish workout plans with willing debtors
• Liaise with branches to manage and monitor non-performing loans
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc Degree
• 1–3 years of experience in recovery at a Microfinance Institution
• Previous loan recovery experience
