Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Field Marketer to promote and sell luxury perfume products. In this role, you will actively market our perfume brand, meet sales targets, and generate consistent leads through field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell perfume products according to company guidelines
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets set by management
• Generate an average of 50 leads weekly
• Engage with customers in the field to drive sales and brand awareness

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, or HND qualification in a relevant field
• Proven experience selling perfume products
• Customer service experience (desirable)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with internet and social media platforms
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Fashionable personal presentation
• Must reside close to the job location (Festac/Okota axis, Lagos)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Monthly Salary: ₦80,000 (if 50% or more of monthly target is achieved)
• Reduced Salary: ₦60,000 (if less than 50% of monthly target is achieved)
• Performance Bonus: ₦25,000 (if monthly target is achieved)
• Performance Bonus: ₦40,000 (if monthly target is surpassed by a minimum of 10 bottles)
• Transportation Allowance: ₦5,000 weekly
• Communication Allowance: ₦2,000 monthly for work-related calls
