Field Marketer at Lyte Shipping Limited

About the Role

Lyte Shipping Limited is seeking an energetic and persuasive Field Sales Marketer to promote and sell our range of quality products directly in major Lagos markets. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and passionate about engaging traders, retailers, and wholesalers to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit designated markets and retail hubs daily to promote and sell company products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, retailers, and wholesalers
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to increase awareness and conversion
• Negotiate and close on-the-spot sales to achieve monthly targets
• Gather and report feedback on pricing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Submit daily sales and activity reports to management

Requirements

• Male, aged 21–35 years
• Proven experience in field sales, trade marketing, or market activation (experience with kitchen appliances is an advantage)
• Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills
• Energetic, outspoken, and willing to move around Lagos markets extensively
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Pidgin (Yoruba or Igbo is a plus)
• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
