Field Loan Officer/Field Recovery Officer/Telesales

We are massively seeking an experienced Filed Loan Officer/Field Recovery Officer/Telesales to join our team. As a Loan Marketer, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, introducing loan products, and guiding them through the loan application process. Loan Marketer:

• Actively market loan products to drive portfolio growth

• Prepare and update prospect lists, engage with new clients for business development

• Oversee loan form documentation, manage the loan process through to disbursement

• Provide accurate reports, record client interactions for easy follow-up

• Meet or exceed set sales targets, analyze market trends for product improvement

Field Recovery:

• Actively engage with delinquent clients to drive recovery

• Prepare and update recovery reports, identify areas for improvement

• Oversee loan documentation, ensure compliance with recovery processes

• Provide accurate reports, record client interactions for easy follow-up

• Meet or exceed set recovery targets, analyze trends for strategy improvement

Telesales:

• Actively market loan products to drive sales via phone

• Prepare and update prospect lists, engage with new clients for business development

• Oversee loan form documentation, manage the loan process through to disbursement

• Provide accurate reports, record client interactions for easy follow-up

• Meet or exceed set sales targets, analyze market trends for product improvement
