Position Overview:
- We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Field Engineer to join our dynamic team.
- You will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations at our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other construction specialists.
- Handle on-site incident and issue resolution.
- Maintain project logs and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Communicate status updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites as required.
