This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and onboard eligible loan customers.
  • Conduct field verification of applicants’ residence, business, and guarantors.
  • Assess creditworthiness and prepare credit reports.
  • Support loan disbursement processes.
  • Monitor loan usage and ensure compliance with loan terms.
  • Track repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Carry out field recovery on delinquent loans when required.
  • Maintain accurate repayment and recovery records.
  • Educate customers on loan terms and repayment schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to loans.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and guarantors.
Education:
  • B.Sc / HND / OND at the minimum.
  • Basic Knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in SME Loan or Merchant Lending
  • Previous work Experience or training in sales (Preferred).
