## Title: Field Business Developer

About the Role

Fort Knox Group is seeking qualified candidates for a Field Business Developer position based in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing merchants within your assigned territory while driving product adoption and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, onboard, and manage merchants within assigned territories
  • Drive POS and product adoption among merchants
  • Execute deployment tasks, reactivation, and margin swap activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Cover assigned sales territories effectively and efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum OND qualification
  • Prior experience in sales or field marketing (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in the field
  • Professional attitude and strong brand representation
