About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is recruiting an objective Field Auditor based in Abuja-FCT. The successful candidate will bring a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role requires fluency in the Hausa language and willingness to work across the northern region of Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports that reflect results and document processes
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures
• Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee
• Document processes and prepare audit findings memoranda
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions
• Travel to different states for auditory reviews and assessments
• Provide qualitative and quantitative evaluations based on empirical data findings
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and regulations
• Identify and provide solutions to internal organizational problems
• Engage in continuous professional development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as an Auditor in a Microfinance or Lending company
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
• Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Strong aptitude for mathematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Sound independent judgment
• Fluency in Hausa language
• Willingness to travel across northern Nigeria
