About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for a Factory Worker position in our tile production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in tile production
• Assist in mixing raw materials and preparing molds
• Inspect tiles for quality, size, and finish
• Load, unload, and organize materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to production procedures
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or factory work
• Previous experience in manufacturing or factory work (tile or construction materials preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or overtime if required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
